1. Termination of the contract
In accordance with the rules applicable to the conclusion of consumer contracts, the customer has the right to terminate the contract within 15 days after the conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact NIPOCAR in the area provided for this purpose on the Nipnet platform. Upon termination of the contract, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the returned product or products, in the same form of payment as the original payment, after receipt of the products and verification of their state of conservation by NIPOCAR.
2. Exchange of products
As a rule, and given the type of products sold by NIPOCAR, the exchange of products purchased and already delivered to the customer is excluded. However, if the customer purchases a product that does not correspond to the one intended or is not suitable for installation in the vehicle for which it was purchased, the customer may request NIPOCAR to exchange it within 15 days after receiving the order. NIPOCAR reserves the right to verify that the product is in perfect condition, namely in its original packaging, perfectly clean and without any signs of use or attempted use. If the exchange of the product is accepted, which will always depend on the availability of the article, no values are due, but all shipping costs are borne by the customer.
3. Defective products
If, at the time of delivery, any defect or non-conformity is found in the product, as it does not comply with the provisions of the contract, the customer must contact NIPOCAR in the area provided for this purpose on the Nipnet platform, indicating the details of the product in cause, as well as the damage or non-conformities verified, after which the company will contact the customer, so that NIPOCAR can proceed with the exchange/ replacement of the product or return (with refund) the product in question, according to the same original payment. However, NIPOCAR reserves the right to make returns only after confirming the existence of the defect.
